I’ve discovered a few things after creating hundreds of websites over the last 22 years, including what makes a website wildly attractive to your divinely aligned Soul Tribe. In this article I’m outlining what I consider the 5 key elements of a Soul Tribe Attracting Website.
Part 1: Authentic Brand Clarity
Most people who come to me for a website do not have a clear brand. To attract your Soul Tribe online, you must clearly communicate your value in a way that differentiates you from the crowd and fosters trust with your ideal customers. Therefore, before you even start writing web copy or choosing a platform, you want to:
Define Your Soul Tribe so they Recognize Themselves in Your Description
Clarify Your Soul Purpose (and Your Tribe’s!) and Create an Authentic Brand Message
Choose an Irresistible Free Offer that Leads to Your Products and Services
Part 2: Copy that Engages and Inspires
Once you have your authentic brand message, you can begin an engaging conversation with your Soul Tribe through your website copy. When you write your website copy from the heart that engages your tribe, you get much better results from your website. There are a few things to remember when writing your website copy.
Speak in the first person to your tribe, especially if you are a one-person shop. This will help foster a more authentic connection.
Make sure each page has one key action that you want site visitors to take. Too many actions on a page will confuse your visitors and they will bounce off your site.
Only include text that is needed to inspire the key actions on your site. Extra information can often be a deterrent and bounce your visitors off the site.
If you are having trouble writing your own copy and this is delaying the launch of your site, get help. I have had clients who waited literally years to get their copy done. Imagine the clients who never found her during that time!
Part 3: Visuals that Reflect Your Soul
When someone visits your website, the first thing they will experience are your visuals. People see faster than they read, so your visual message is actually more important than your verbal message in terms of keeping visitors on your site. If your site looks bad or is difficult to read or navigate, or is not mobile friendly, your visitors will bounce off.
What you want is an authentic visual aesthetic that reflects who you are on the soul level. And you want a consistent look that reflects your essence across platforms. Consistency means you use the same colors, fonts, style, and symbology throughout your marketing. I recommend that you get a custom banner design for universal use online (Website, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ and YouTube).
Part 4: WordPress Divi Website You can Update On the Front End!
WordPress is simply the best website platform out there for usability and Google friendliness. And now with the popular Divi Theme Builder, you can edit your own site on the front end and see what it looks like as you edit! But unless you spend your waking hours doing this stuff, creating a website from scratch is a big challenge. I recommend that you get help with the programming of your site and find someone who will be sure to
Design an Original Website Theme Based on your Banner Design
Create a Test Site on a Private Server So you can Review it Before Going Live
Use the Divi Builder to Make Gorgeous Interactive Pagesi
Install CRM (ie Mail Chimp) including your Opt In Sequence and Auto Response Letters
Create Module Library so You Can Use Elements on Multiple Pages
Post the Site Live on Your Own Web Hosting Platform (so you control it)
And at least a 30 Days test period where they will fix any problems that arise during that time.
Part 5: Smart Sustainable Marketing Activities
Using WordPress will help you get found online, but it’s best to engage in smart, sustainable marketing activities to improve your Tribe Attracting ability. Having clear SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SMO (Social Media Optimization) strategies will give you a head start on client attraction. First, using your brand message, I recommend you create several key word phrases to use on your website pages and social media. These are the phrases you want to be found for, and that you can use for headlines in your website copy and titles on your blog and social media posts. Make sure you create enticing content, use online platforms to share your content, and always link back to your website.
There are many tools out there that can help you once you know what you want to be found for. I recommend you get these set up and start using them at least on a regular basis.

- Google Search Console
- Google Business Listing with Profile Description and Keyword Rich Blog Post
- Bing Webmaster Tool
